For a taste of Alentejo, we have developed partnerships with local producers to stock basics like fresh local milk, eggs, cheese, olives, almonds, fruits, and vegetables that are not available for general sale to introduce you to the authentic flavors of the region. The selection depends on seasonal availability to ensure that we deliver only the freshest ingredients. We also accommodate requests to exclude certain items like dairy and almonds if anyone in your party has allergies or dietary restrictions. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Free cancellation and rescheduling are available at least 72 hours in advance. No refunds are available with fewer than 72 hours of advance notice. Refrigerator stocking is only available at check-in on Sunday; the price is a flat fee per apartment per stay.
