Our in-house chef brings more than 20 years of culinary expertise in upscale New York City kitchens, working in exacting environments like Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group, José Andrés' Mercado Little Spain, and City Winery. Focusing on seasonal ingredients and sustainability, he will craft a memorable meal and serve you in the comfort of your apartment. No travel or cleanup needed.
You can select this service as an add-on during checkout. Please schedule your dinner as soon as possible after you book your apartment to guarantee your preferred dates. Dinner starts at 19:00.

The menu celebrates the vibrant flavors of Alentejo and Portugal’s Atlantic coast. Dishes are crafted using seasonal produce, local meats, and olive oils rooted in Alentejo’s rural traditions, alongside the day’s freshest seafood sourced directly from nearby coastal fish markets. Simple, honest techniques allow each ingredient to shine, resulting in cuisine that feels both refined and deeply connected to place—an elegant expression of land and sea, served at a relaxed, unhurried pace.

For a taste of Alentejo, we have developed partnerships with local producers to stock items like fresh local milk, eggs, cheese, olives, almonds, chorizo, fruits, and vegetables that are not available for general sale to introduce you to the authentic flavors of the region. The selection depends on seasonal availability to ensure that we deliver only the freshest ingredients: The basic box is standard, and the extra box contains additional specialty products. We also accommodate requests to exclude certain items like dairy and almonds if anyone in your party has allergies or dietary restrictions.
You can select this service as an add-on during checkout. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Free cancellation and rescheduling are available at least 72 hours in advance. No refunds are available with fewer than 72 hours of advance notice. Refrigerator stocking is only available at check-in; the price is a flat fee per apartment per stay.
