Apartment 1: pet-friendly two-bedroom, two-bathroom
This stylish duplex apartment is located in the main building, with its entrance directly off the street. It features spa-inspired bathrooms, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen complete with Bosch appliances—including a stove, an oven, a microwave/toaster oven, a refrigerator/freezer, and a dishwasher—and professional-grade cookware (brands like Zwilling and Staub). Additional highlights include electric shutters, a Juliet balcony, a full-length and vanity mirror, hairdryers, luggage racks, sustainable/all-natural bedding, high-end furniture (brands like White Oak, Stellar Works, Departo, Calligaris, and Rejuvenation), LG TVs, and access to a shared rooftop terrace with a pergola, comfortable seating areas, and a traditional Portuguese churrasqueira (BBQ). Pets are permitted in this apartment. Note: We require all pets to be on leashes in common areas on property. Kalumi is a nonsmoking property, both indoors and outdoors.
For stays with discounts of 20% or less, we also offer a complimentary self-catered continental breakfast. We provide fresh milk, eggs, butter, bread, and honey. We also provide complimentary Aroma de Portugal toiletries and stock the kitchen with essentials like olive oil, vinegars, sugar, coffee, tea, salt, and pepper.
This apartment has one Olympic queen bed in one bedroom and the option to have one king bed or two twin beds in the second bedroom. By default, we set up the second bedroom with a king. If you would like two single beds instead, please indicate that when booking.
