This fulfillment policy (“policy”) outlines the terms of apartment rentals and related services offered through our website for stays in Vila Nova de Milfontes, Portugal. By booking a stay or any services, you (“guest”) agree to the following conditions.
1. Apartment rental terms

Rental period: Apartments are rented on a weekly basis, from Sunday to Sunday only.

Check-in: from 16:00 (4:00 p.m.) on the day of arrival.

Checkout: by 11:00 (11:00 a.m.) on the day of departure.

Early check-in/late checkout: These may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Cancellation policy
Apartment bookings

Free cancellation: This is available with at least 14 days’ (two weeks') advance notice prior to check-in.

Nonrefundable: Cancellations made with fewer than 14 days of notice are nonrefundable.

How to cancel: Guests can cancel directly through the website. If the cancellation is eligible for a refund, it will be processed automatically to the original payment method within seven business days.
Service bookings (includes refrigerator stocking and private chef services)

Free cancellation: This is available with at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled service.

Nonrefundable: Cancellations made with fewer than 72 hours’ notice are nonrefundable.

How to cancel: Guests can manage and cancel service bookings directly on the website, with automatic refunds processed when eligible.
3. Refrigerator stocking services

Basic package: includes fresh local produce such as milk, eggs, vegetables, fruit, jams, and mustards.

Extra package: adds premium local items based on seasonal availability.

Fulfillment: Stocking is completed prior to check-in on Sunday.

Ordering deadline: Orders must be confirmed at least 24 hours before check-in.
4. Private chef services

Available: Monday through Saturday.

Start time: Chef arrives at 19:00 (7:00 p.m.).

Meal includes: a four-course, family-style dinner with snacks, appetizers, main dishes, and dessert, with wine pairings available upon request.

Cleanup: The chef will clean the kitchen and dining area after service.

Booking deadline: Service must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Shared terrace
Guests have access to a shared terrace equipped with:

A traditional Portuguese churrasqueira (BBQ).

A pergola, tables, and chairs.
Guests are kindly asked to clean up after use and respect other guests.
6. Modifications and force majeure
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment issues, regulatory changes). In such cases, alternatives or refunds will be offered at our discretion.
7. Contact and disputes
All inquiries and change requests may be submitted through our website or by contacting us directly. This policy is governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Beja District.
