Apartment bookings

Free cancellation: Guests may cancel apartment bookings for a full refund if cancellation is made at least 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Nonrefundable: Cancellations made fewer than 3 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

How to cancel: Contact us to cancel your reservation at kalumiprop@gmail.com, or text us at +351 910 248 925/+1 347 631 8941 (WhatsApp). If the booking is eligible for a refund, it will be processed automatically to the original payment method within seven business days.
Service bookings (includes refrigerator stocking, private chef services, and other add-on offerings)

Free cancellation: Service bookings can be canceled free of charge with at least 3 days’ notice before the scheduled service time.
