Apartment bookings

• Free cancellation: This is available with various rate plans.

• Nonrefundable: Cancellations made with fewer than the stated days of notice by rate plan are nonrefundable. Some rate plans offer no refunds at any time.

• How to cancel: Guests can cancel directly through the website. We do not charge for reservations until they become nonrefundable, which varies by rate plan.

 

Service bookings (includes refrigerator stocking and private chef services)

• Free cancellation: This is available with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service.

• Nonrefundable: Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours’ notice are nonrefundable.

• How to cancel: Guests can manage and cancel service bookings directly on the website, with automatic refunds processed when eligible.
