• Free cancellation: Guests may cancel apartment bookings for a full refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days (two weeks) before the scheduled check-in date.

• Nonrefundable: Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

• How to cancel: Cancellations can be made directly through our website. If the booking is eligible for a refund, it will be processed automatically to the original payment method within seven business days.

Service bookings (includes refrigerator stocking, private chef services, and other add-on offerings)

• Free cancellation: Service bookings can be canceled free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled service time.

• Nonrefundable: Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are nonrefundable.

• How to cancel: Guests can cancel services directly through the website. Eligible refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within seven business days.
